In addition, wooden homes are warmer than brick ones. Because wood does not readily turn cold and retains heat inside the home, it keeps people warmer in colder areas.. Wooden houses are expensive and have become a possession of the rich and famous who build wooden castles for them selves. Individuals purchase pricey farm houses and timber houses, which serve as symbols of their privilege. Whatever material a house is constructed of, when people laugh in it, it becomes a family's paradise.
